quick reports, hourly and sales summary not working

as my subject implies, i am unable to open quick reports, hourly and sales summary items. all i get is an "error:-2" message. Please help. Thanks.

Never mind, I was able to fix it with a quick restart of both my server/dongle, and restart of my pc. Hope this can help out anyone who comes across this issue in the future!

That's an SQLite error, your database may be corrupt. It is an internal logic error reported from the database engine itself.

1. Do a backup
2. Run the DB Maintenance Tool, and purge any data older than 720 from all tables.
3. Export your menu data to XML so that you have it available in case you need to create a new database.
4. Export your customer data to CSV so that you have it available in case you need to create a new database.

Assuming there are no hardware problems (checkdisk errors, memory issues, etc) and if this does not clear up your error, your next option is to try a 3rd party database tool, and if that doesn't work you will need to create a new database.
