Help with names on tickets
Help with names on tickets
I just upgraded all of our hardware in the store and now for some reason when I take a phone order whether it is for an existing customer or a new customer the names sometimes do not appear on the printed tickets or in the cashout list. Can someone tell me if there is a setting that will take care of this or is it something else. Thank you.

Had same problem.
CORRECTED BY INSURING THAT THE "LAST NAME" IS ALWAYS FILLED IN. IF YOU ONLY ENTER A NAME IN THE "FIRST NAME" AND NOTHING IN THE "LAST NAME" PORTION OF THE CUSTOMER INFORMATION AREA NO NAME WILL BE PRINTED. ONCE AGAIN, INSURE THAT THE LAST NAME IS ALWAYS ENTERED, THIS SHOULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
