ANTIVIRUS ISSUE

We recntly installed an antivirus program on our system. Within two (2) days the system locked up. After removing the program, then shutting the system down for about five (5) minutes the system started working again. I am not sure why this happened. Has anyone else had this problem or knows why this happened sure would like to know?

I'm using ZoneLabs Suite here and it works fine. Which AV were you using?

AVG Antivirus, another individual installed the program. This is the only program that has been added after installtion of the POS PIZZA program. No other problems have occurred so far, since removing the program from the computer system.
