Account orders

If a customer wants to place an order for numerous pizzas on an account basis, where they will pay for the order at a later date. How can I do this? Is there a way to account for this order without showing a cash shortage?

If you have update Pack 3 you get the customer statements, but you have to have purchase the "Customer Accounting" add-on. It is a $25 add-on if you don't already have it. If you do then just enable it in the System Config under Customer Handling.
