80mm printer printing 60mm

Hi - Noob here so be gentle.

I have an 80mm printer and I can only get the receipt I have setup and others to only print 60mm of my 80 mm receipt.

I have looked all over in the scripts and just cant see where the settings are - or I may be just missing something easy.

Can anyone help?

If you are using the "Character - Based" print modes (not enhanced), then change the columns/width setting to a larger number. The default is 40 columns, but you can try 50 then work your way up or down in increments of 2. Go up until the item prices wrap to the next line, and then back off 2 columns at a time.

The enhanced print modes querry the print driver for the page pixel size and adjust the print accordingly. If you are using an enhanced graphical mode, then you will need to change settings on your printer driver itself.

I suspect that you are using the text based print mode.
