Account locked due too many attempt to log in

Hi,
I am using POS Pizza v7.20. I have a problem with my touchscreen and due to too many wrong attempts to log in my account is locked now. Is there any way to unlock it without reinstall the software, or make a backup before I reinstall, cause i have a lot of reports that i need before deleting the old one.

Hello,

The lock expires after 30 minutes, unless you've manually set a different value. Try again 30 minutes later. Be aware that if you get the wrong password again, that the account will re-lock for another 30 minutes.

You can disable this feature by logging into the management tool and selecting "Configure" -> "Global System Config" and then going to the "Security Settings" tab and unchecking the "Force PCI Compliance" option. You can still set bad password locking and other password restrictions on an individual account-by-account basis.
